White Bean Soup

I stopped by my mom's house after work today and she had just finished making an amazing White Bean Soup.  Navy beans are my favorite bean and I've been looking for a good, healthy soup using them.  Now I've found it.  I've just got to get the recipe from my mom.  She found it in this thrifted cookbook find.  (Now you see where I get it from.)
