Torta:
1 caja de mezcla de harina para pastel de limón
3 claras de huevo
1 1/4 taza de agua
1/3 taza aciete (vegetal o canola)
3 cucharadas de semillas de amapola
Glaseado:
1 taza de azucar glas (o de lustre)
3-4 cuchardaritas de jugo de limón
1. Caliente el horno a 350 grados F. Engrase y enharine el fondo y los lados de 10" tartera.
2. Para la torta: Combine la mezcla, claras de huevo, agua, aciete, y semillas de amapola en un recipiente grande. Prepare, hornee, y enfríe por completo antes de cubrirlo con glaseado.
3. Para glaseado: Combine azucar y jugo de limón en un recipiente pequeño. Bata hasta bien mezclados. LLovizna por encima de la torta.

Lemon Poppy Seed Cake
Cake:
1 package Duncan Hines Moist Deluxe Lemon Supreme Cake Mix
3 egg whites
1 1/4 cups water
1/3 cup oil
3 tbs. poppy seeds
Glaze:
1 cup confectioner's sugar
3-4 tsp. lemon juice
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour 10-inch bundt pan or tube pan.
2. For cake: Combine cake mix, egg whites, water, oil and poppy seeds in large bowl. Prepare, bake and cool cake following package directions for No Cholesterol recipe.
3. For glaze: Combine sugar and lemon juice in a small bowl. Stir until well blended. Drizzle over top of cake.
